“I
create art about African American stories which are important to the
world. I intend to honor and exploit points that are essential to the
building of the "human character". My style is diverse but cohesive.
Each story has its own mood to set. I tell each story with a unique
approach that probes time, space and surface through the medium of
photography, and mixed media. With this, my personally haunting style is
both visible and viable.

The third and largest section includes the work of thirteen contemporary artists that deals with issues of boundaries whereas geographical, political, ideological or cultural.
Some works in this section deal directly with some form of mapping, while others function as emblematic symbolic elements around which identity and politics are defined, and thus creating a complex conceptual interplay between the works.
